Why Pro Plan? The Pro Package has 80% less accounts per server which allows the use of more resources per account (more CPU usage, disk usage, bandwidth). It offers more speed, more power, with less users.

Visitors:
Standard = 0 – 1200 visits between a 1 – 3 hour period
Pro Plan = 1200 – 3000 visits between a 1 – 3 hour period
If constant bandwidth is used concurrently, accounts will be throttled to 15Mb/s

Our base rate is $9.95
For the one year we offer 30% off the base rate

* Pro customers will be hosted on special high-performance hardware, with more dedicated CPU, memory and other resources for each account.

In addition to increased CPU, IO and memory usage, we are also increasing limits for Pro customers. With fewer customers per server (over 80% less) we’ve gained the ability to provide more resources. Most notably:

* 2000 Max Emails/Hour (up from 750)
* 5 GB Total MySQL Databases (up from 3 GB)
* 5 GB Single Database Size (up from 2 GB)
* 3000 Database Tables (up from 1000)
* 15 Mb/s Bandwidth (up from 8 Mb/s)

The Pro Package is $19.95/month ($24.95/month renewal). If you purchase the Pro Package as a new account, it is available for a 1 year term, total $239.40.

Email can be accessed via webmail and through email clients. We support POP/IMAP/SMTP. For webmail, we use Horde, Squirrelmail and Roundcube.

We have video tutorials for webmail and a variety of email clients at http://tutorials.bluehost.com.

We do not have a limit for the number of addresses you can create, or a size limit for mailboxes.

We have 24/7 tech support by phone and live chat anytime you need assistance. Tech support can assist with any server issues, FTP, email, cpanel, DNS, etc.. They do not provide coding or design support.

We also have fast server speed (11 1-Gb Links, 1 10-Gig ethernet link), and 99.9% network uptime. Our company, support, and servers are located in Provo, Utah.

There are no hard set limits on any hardware specs such as CPU or memory or hard drive space. It’s set up in a throttling way where it uses an algorithm to divide up resources based on total resources / users / usage and if a person is abusing any of those it ‘renices’ their usage so that the server handles it at a lower priority than other less abusive users. The only thing that is hard set is concurrent bandwidth which is 15000Kbits which calculates out to almost 2Mbytes.
